UCHealth Medical Group is ready to welcome a 1.0 FTE board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to become Program Director of our Internal Medicine Residency program in Pueblo, Colorado. This position will operate as a 0.5 FTE for Program Director and 0.5 FTE as Core Faculty. At UCHealth, we believe each person is extraordinary, and together, we make extraordinary possible. - Provide strategic oversight of all Internal Medicine Residency program initiatives,

ensuring continued accreditation and compliance with regulatory standards. - Assess and support clinical competency development for both residents and faculty

members. - Precept outpatient and inpatient department with residents in the Resident Clinic - Lead the residency recruitment process, including organizing and conducting

interviews for incoming residents. - Maintain active membership with ABIM or AOBIM, while monitoring resident

performance through In-Training Examination scores. - Supervise all inpatient and outpatient Core Faculty, and residency program

coordinators to ensure effective day-to-day operations.
